1. Candidates will analyze leadership studies’ theories and models as well as evaluate their implications for leadership scholarship and informed practice.
  2. Candidates will analyze and justify appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods for leadership studies inquiry.
  3. Candidates will articulate how biblical and Christian worldviews inform and frame leadership studies scholarship and practice.
  4. Candidates will design and conduct original, discovery* research that evaluates existing knowledge and contributes new insights to the discipline of leadership studies
  5. Candidates will critically reflect on and integrate leadership studies praxis—including ethics, human capital, organizational leadership, or public policy—into their ongoing scholarly and professional development.
